Observed several broken door seals on milk cooler doors. Repair broken seals to ensure tightly closing doors to keep internal temperatures at 41 degrees or lower.
Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under rules 3717-1-04 and 3717-1-04.1 of this code.

Observed several areas in the facility where caulking has worn down around baseboards, plumbing fixtures, etc. Maintain the facilities to ensure smooth easily cleanable surfaces.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
