Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed soups and beans in the walkin cooler to be uncovered. Owner covered the tops with saran wrap. Corrected.

3717-1-04.5(B) / Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency.
Critical Repeat Observed the corners of the ice chute in the ice bin to have a build up of grime and mildew. Owner said the ice bin is cleaned weekly, but due to the water outage last week, they were unable to clean the bin. Said she will clean it this week.

Due to extremely cold weather last week, restaurant was closed from pipes freezing and no water being accessible - good. Ensure that the ice bin is cleaned regularly and all the hard to reach areas and nooks and crannies are thoroughly cleaned when broken down (especially on the creases of the chute).
