Comments
Thank you for correcting some of the violations noted in the previous inspection report. PIC explained that he was unable to locate his Manager food safety certification and intends to retake the course in September (if offered). At the time of inspection, subway handwashing sink faucet was still too long. However, a newly purchased faucet was observed and they plan to replace the old faucet. Subflooring was also still exposed behind subway counter. PIC explained that he intends to replace the flooring soon, but is having difficulty locating someone who can install the floors. Light bulbs were replaced in mop sink area and rear storage room. However, only one light was observed in the walk in cooler. 7.8 foot candles measured in walk-in with only one light bulb (must be a minimum of 10FC).
