There was no food thermometer available for checking food temperatures. A thermometer must be available to ensure proper food temps are maintained.
To prevent foodborne illness, food temperature measuring devices shall be provided and readily accessible for use.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Fryer appeared dirty with accumulation of grease around edges. The surfaces of equipment shall be maintained clean to sight and touch.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed floor tiles broken throughout facility. The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
