Comments
At time of inspection, the following violations were observed:
-No level 2 certification was available- please email to health department contact
-Employee was unable to produce vomit/diarrhea clean-up procedure. Cleanup procedure was provided to employee.
-Subs with discard date 1/6 were observed were in reach in refrigerator. Voluntarily discarded approximately 15 6 inch subs and 1 dozen foot long subs.
-Oven knob was broken off- Must be repaired or replaced.
-Cutting boards were no longer able to be cleaned- must be resurfaced or replaced
-Floors throughout facility needed cleaning- observed significant build-up along walls and under tables/equipment
-Observed snap traps for rodents and fly paper in kitchen. Must contract with a licensed pesticide operator to control pests.
-Flour and sauce as well as food containers were stored on the floor. These items must be stored at least six inches off the ground to prevent contamination from the premises.
-Employee did not turn off faucet with paper towel while washing hands. Please review hand washing procedure with all employees.
