Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed lettuce being washed in handwashing sink. Make sure handwash sink is only used for handwashing.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed second cooler, bottom compartment in need of a new gasket. Also observed that cooler with an excessive buildup of ice. Make sure cooler gets new gasket and ice is defrosted.
