Discussed violations with Person In Charge. PIC didn't have Manager Certification in Food Protection, and told me she was told that she didn't need to have such certification due to the only food being sold being frozen pizzas warmed in the oven. This seems reasonable to me, and I will recommend reclassifying this facility as Risk Level II before the next licensing period.
