Critical Observed foods in the freezer on the grill line that were not covered to protect from contamination. Discussed with PIC.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed refrigerated cooked chicken in the cooler on the front service line that was not date marked. PIC corrected by discarding the chicken.

3717-1-02.4(C)(16) / PIC: duties - ensure the facility has written procedures for vomiting and diarrheal events.
Facility did not have any written procedure or kit for cleaning up vomit or diarrheal accidents.
