Cold food sampled observed in proper temperature of 41F or below. Hot food sampled appeared in proper temperature of 135F or above. Food prep areas kept clean. Sanitizer, gloves,and hair restraints in use. Food thermometers in use. Food in deli properly datemarked. Management and employees appeared knowledgeable in general food safety and sanitation. A light observed in produce room and in meat room that needs repaired and operating. A display case for discounted food had a few chemicals stored above food and management and employees made immediate corrections to properly store chemicals away from food.
