Repeat Corrected During Inspection In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed knife stored in between equipment and tongs with handles in frozen patty bin. Utensils must be stored in a way contamination of utensil cannot occur.

Repeat Condenser in walk in freezer leaking. Please repair condeser in freezer so that it doesnt leak.
