Corrected During Inspection Observed items on the prep cooler not at 41 degrees or ower. Lettuce at 45 degrees. Eggs at 49 degrees. Cooler reading at 50 degrees. Employee removed ice build up from unit to make sure it is operating properly. Monitor to ensure TCS foods are being kept at 41 degrees or lower.

VII - P / Protection from Contamination
Observed tubs of pepperoni and sausage in walk in freezer stored with out lids. Cover tubs so the food is not at risk for contamination.
