Critical Improper washing of hands and arms. Observed employees not using paper towel to turn off faucet after handwashing. Code states employees must avoid recontamination of hands when turning off faucet.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Food equipment surfaces not cleaned at required frequency. Observed ice machine with build up of mold like substance. Ice was discarded. Make sure ice machine is cleaned at a frequency that prevents build up of debris.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed ice machine with front panal that no longer seals. Fix or replace ice machine.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed gaskets on pizza warmer in need of replacement. Make sure gaskets are replaced once they start to deteriorate.

Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed build up of food debris in prep cooler under registers. Cooler was cleaned during inspection.
