[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Not all coolers are equipped with thermometers. Ensure all cold hold units have thermometers to easily make sure the temperature is 41 degrees or lower.
A properly designed temperature measuring device as specified in this rule shall be located in the warmest part of a cooling unit or the coolest part of a food warming unit.
3717-1-05.1(S)(2) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed a leak at the dish washing dink. Repair the leak to prevent water accumulation and attraction of pests.
A plumbing system shall be properly maintained.
3717-1-06.1(C) / Floor and wall junctures - coved, and enclosed or sealed.
Repeat The floor and wall junctures are not properly coved or closed, or floor drains were not provided. Area by the kitchen entrance not coved. Junctures recently filled with insulattion not sealed. Cove/seal wall junctures to prevent harborage of pests and to ensure a smooth, easily cleanable surface.
In FSO's or RFE's in which cleaning methods other than water flushing are used for cleaning floors, the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and closed to no larger than one thirty-second inch; where water flush cleaning methods are used, shall be provided with drains and be graded to drain, and the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and sealed.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a build-up of dirt and debris on walls, floors, shelves, sides of coolers, etc. Clean these areas regularly to prevent build up of food and attraction of pests.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
