Repeat Observed a build-up of dirt and debris.Wall behind 3 comp sink and dough area accumulating debris. Manager reported the owner is possibly replacing the wall covering with stainless steel. Also, seal the connection to the 3comp sink to ensurea smooth surface andto prevent water from dripping down the wall andbeing unreachable for cleaning.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
