Observed an old employee drink stored on a lip above the grill. It was discarded by the manager at the time of inspection. Store employee drinks in designated locations below or away from food prep areas to prevent contamination from spilling.

III / Preventing Contamination by Hand
Observed a damage paper towel dispenser at the hand washing sink near the dish area. Replace this damaged paper towel dispenser so that hand washing is easy to promote employees to wash hands often.

Observed that the facility had several areas of cleanliness issues. Observed grease building up under and behind the grill line, Observed ice scoop and ice bucket stored on a wet tray with yeast build up, Observed a ice bin drain that was laying directly on an area of the floor that was not kept clean. CLEAN FACILITY THOROUGHLY AND OFTEN TO PREVENT ANY CONTAMINATION TO FOODS.
