Corrections have been made-bld dept approved plumbing install. 1)new 3 sink/grease trap. 2) new food prep sink for vegetable/food rinse 3) Pest control applied monthly. 4) Repairs have been made to surface finishes, continue routine repairs of floor/coving, walls until remodel is completed. 5) PIC training completed by owner-Continue to get employees trained in PIC Classes. License Issued. |
