| PIC- Patrick Inspector visited the facility to check for water due to a nearby water mane break. At the time of inspection water was available and the facility continued to operate as usual. Discussed at length with the manager different methods to combat the flies and how to ensure that safe kitchen practices are followed. Facility shall continue to clean and otherwise control the fly population. Facility does have a problem with flies in the kitchen, however does have a pest control company. The facility has sticky fly traps near the back door and in areas around the kitchen. Discussed where to store sticky traps to prevent contamination of foods or food contact service. Facility must continue to work with the pest control and active cleaning to combat the flies at the facility. |
