Critical Food employee(s) did not wash hands when required. Observed food employees not washing hands after changing tasks. Make sure employees are washing hands any time they change tasks.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Food equipment surfaces not cleaned at required frequency. Observed food containers being reused without washing in between. All food contact surfaces must be kept cleaned and sanitized. Dishes were put in 3 comp sink.

Critical Food equipment surfaces not cleaned at required frequency. Observed ice bin by window with build up of debris. Make sure ice bin is kept free of dirt and debris.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed half and half creamer sitting ut on counter and temping at 70 degrees. Make sure all cold holding is held at 41 degrees or below. Creamer was discarded.

Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed TCS RTE foods not datemarked. Make sure all RTE TCS foods are datemarked. Food was discarded voluntarily.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. Observed unlabled chemical bottle under sink used for sanitizer. Make sure all chemical bottles are labeled.

Corrected During Inspection No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s). Observed no paper towels at handwashing sink. Make sure all hand sinks are stocked with drying provisions.

3717-1-06.2(B) / Handwashing cleanser - availability.
Corrected During Inspection No soap at handwashing sink(s). Observed no handsoap at handsink. All handsinks must be stocked with handsoap.
