Critical Handwashing sink had food debris in it. Ensure that handwashing sinks are used for no other purpose besides washing hands.

PIC was unable to produce proof of employee possessing manager certification in food protection. Ensure that at least one employee possesses manager certification in food protection, and that proof is kept on the premises.

Corrected During Inspection PIC was unable to produce written biohazard response procedure.

3717-1-04.2(G)(1) / Food temperature measuring devices - availability
No portable thermometers available to check temperatures. Ensure that thermometers are available to check food temperatures.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Daylight could be seen around edge of closed door in dry storage area. Ensure that no daylight is visible around closed doors to protect from the intrusion of pests.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Potato wedges were on the floor of the bar in a bucket. Food must be stored at least six inches off the floor.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Ice scoop was laid flat in ice machine. Handles of utensils must be out of ice to prevent risk of contamination.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Excessive ice accumulation found in reach-in freezer. Ensure that equipment is kept in good repair to prevent accumulation of soils.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
PIC had no ability to read sanitizer test kit. Ensure that employees are capable of reading sanitizer test results.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Food debris found in reach-in cooler below cold holding unit. Ensure that nonfood-contact surfaces are kept free of an accumulation of food residue and other debris.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
A puddle of water was on the floor in dry storage; PIC mentioned that sometimes the ceiling leaks. Ensure that the facilities are maintained in good repair.
