[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Observed buckets of food on floor in walk in cooler. Also observed boxes of chips on the floor. Place on shelving to keep 6 inches offthe floor to prevent from contamination from the premises.
Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor.
3717-1-06.1(C) / Floor and wall junctures - coved, and enclosed or sealed.
Coving in several areas in the facility is falling away from the wall. Repair or replace coving to ensure smooth and easily cleanable surfaces that do not hold water.
In FSO's or RFE's in which cleaning methods other than water flushing are used for cleaning floors, the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and closed to no larger than one thirty-second inch; where water flush cleaning methods are used, shall be provided with drains and be graded to drain, and the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and sealed.
3717-1-06.1(F) / Wall and ceiling - coverings and coatings.
The seal on the three compartment sink connecting to the wall is not adequately sealed to prevent water accumulation.. Re-caulk and screw down the sink connection to the wall to prevent accumulation of water, growth of mold/mildew, and attraction of pests.
Wall and ceiling covering materials shall be attached, finished and sealed to provide a smooth, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable surface.

Facility is much cleaner than the time of the last inspection. Ensure thorough cleaning is continued. Hot water adequate. Gloves in use. Recommend finding a repair/replacement to the table next to the dish tank that is draining into a bucket. Refuse water should be directed to plumbing through a pipe, or there should not be a drain in the table. Thank you for the cooperation during the inspection.
