I received a complaint that someone had gotten sick after eating an order of Chicken Sacramento. I went to the restaurant and spoke to a chef regarding how the dish is prepared. I inspected the kitchen area and found no evidence of unsanitary activity in either the description of the cooking process or the preparation area of the kitchen. |
