Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.Observed dirty soda nozzles on kitchen soda machine. Nozzles need to be taken off and cleaned more frequently.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Observed cole slaw past discard date. All date marking needs to be discarded on dates provided.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.Observed build up of dirt and debris in walk in chicken cooler and in small cooler next to fryers.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Repeat Observed dirty floors throughout the FSO. Clean floors throughout FSO especially under racks and equipment.
