Corrected During Inspection Food not protected from contamination. Observed uncover perch in walk in cooler and uncovered chicken in pizza prep table. Make sure all food is packaged in a way it is protected from all contaminants.

Corrected During Inspection In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed knives stored under equipment such as toasters and hot holding bins in between uses. Make sure utensils are stored in a way that avoids contamination.

Corrected During Inspection Single use sauce cup being used as scoop in prep cooler. Please use a non single use utensil for scooping purposes.

Corrected During Inspection Observed pizza boxes stored on floor. Single use articles must be stored 6 inches off of floor.
