| No evidence of pests. Pest control operator has been changed to Orkin, and has been working with the facility to keep pests away. Employees are required to go home if they are sick with vomiting or diarrhea. Observed proper hot and cold holding temperatures. Gloves in use. No critical violations observed at time of inspection. Continue to keep up with deep cleaning of the facility. Thanks! |
