Comments
During complaint investigation, observed employees utilizing gloves and washing hands at the hand washing sink. Manager Dana explained procedures for preparing foods including proper glove use when working with RTE foods such as buns. Tongs are also used when preparing customer meals. Hand washing reminder signs are posted in restrooms and at hand sinks. Illness reporting procedures are in place for employees.
