Comments
At time of inspection, the line, prep cooler, and walk in were all out of temp. Operator voluntarily discarded lettuce, tomatoes, deli meats, tuna and meatballs; handwashing sink on the line was not working; internal date marking policy was not being followed; bleach was stored above food items; all refrigeration units were in need of repair and there was significant pooling of water on the floor in the walk in fridge. Units must be able to cold hold and water needs to be cleaned up prior to facility reopening.
