| This is a second follow up inspection. Everything in grab and go was temping at 38 degrees. Case is less stocked, with barriers removed to increase air flow in case. Sushi in display case was temping at 38 degrees. Snow Fox had a trainer there to help teach PIC. Plastic cases were removed from case to help significantly with air flow. PIC in sushi correctly calibrated her thermometer while I was present. |
