3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed accumulation of soil residue on nonfood-contact surfaces. More frequent cleaning of NFC surfaces necessary. Floor in dining room and pop storage room sticky. Walls behind pop storage area and near fryers accumulating debris. Hood vents very soiled. Scheduled to be proffessionaly cleaned in less than one month. Consider scheduling cleanings of hoods more frequently to prevent build up.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Correct By: 22-Oct-2014
