Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed tomato salsa that was past date for disposition. Code states food must be sold or disposed of by the date and time of disposition. Make sure checking date and time marks on stocks in coolers.

3717-1-04.8(G)(1) / Kitchenware and tableware - handling of single-service and single use articles.
Observed single use articles (lids) not inverted when stored, with food contact surface face up. Code states single use articles must be handled and displayed so that the contamination of food-contact and lip-contact surfaces is prevented. Please store single use articles so that food contact surface is face down.

Corrected During Inspection Observed wash, rinse and sanitize solutions not clean. Code states wash, rinse sanitize needs to be maintained.Make sure wash, rinse and sanitize solutions are changed when needed .
