PIC - Nicole

At the time of inspection the facility had corrected its previous violations. The under-counter reach in cooler has not been repaired, but is not holding any TCS foods (now used for iced coffees and tea). The milks are now being stored in a standing reach in cooler holding the proper temperature of 41 F or below to prevent any temperature abuse. At the time of inspection the facility has created a plan that it will use 6 hour time as public health control for its milk in the insulated thermos as it was holding above 41F during the prior inspection. The facility will fill the original container at 6 am and replace it with a clean container at 12 for use until close at 6 pm. This is acceptable per the OAC.

At the time of inspection the inspector did not notice any problems with glove use or hand washing. The facility had purchased a lidded trash receptacle for the womens restroom.

No violations noted during the follow up inspection. Keep up the good work!
