This was a follow-up visit following a standard inspection on 8/21/23. At the time of the follow up, the sink was repaired, trash cans were shut, kitchen floors were cleaned, utensils were inverted, flies had been eliminated by a professional company, date marking was being utilized, dough hook and fryer were cleaned, new test strips were purchased and flour was in food grade container. Please continue to ensure raw foods are not stored over ready to eat items. Thank you. |
