3717-1-07(B) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Working containers - common name.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a spray bottle of pinesol cleaner at the bar that was not labeled. LABEL ALL CHEMICALS AND STORE THEM BELOW OR AWAY FROM FOOD CONTACT SURFACES TO PREVENT ANY CONTAMINATION.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Repeat Observed light visible from the side of the kitchen door. Weather stripping around doors shall be tight to prevent any pests from entering the facility.

3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Single-service and single-use articles - storage
Observed that the facility had utensils with their mouth contact portions facing up. During the inspection the PIC turned the utensils so that their handles were facing up. Store utensils handle side up to prevent hands from touching the mouth contact portion.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Observed that the facility had non-commercial grade crockpots. Food shall be prepared in commercial grade equipment.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed some areas of the ceilings and floor show signs of damaged. Surfaces shall be smooth and easily cleanable. Repair ceilings, floors, walls to promote proper cleanliness.
