| At time of inspection, the following violations were observed: -Employee did not turn off water with paper towel when washing hands. Please have all staff review hand washing procedure. -Food items stored on floor in freezer. Food must be stored at least six inches off the ground. -Ceiling leak occurred during storm on 1/9/24. PIC stated that plans are already in place to repair. |
