3717-1-02.4(C)(16) / Person in charge: duties - ensure the facility has written procedures for vomiting and diarrheal events.
Facility did not have a written procedure and spill kit for employees to follow and use when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events. Please ensure that this procedure is in place so that accidents can properly be cleaned and contained in order to protect food from foodborne illness
Person in charge shall ensure that the FSO or RFE have written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involved discharge onto surfaces.

Due to beginning of the season, not much food stored in facility at time of inspection. Gloves, test strips, and thermometers available for use. Please ensure that a copy of the ODH Level II food safety certificate is readily available at the time of next inspection.
