III / Preventing Contamination by Hand
Observed an employee prepare a smoothie while handling ingredients with their bare hands. BARE HANDS MAY NOT DIRECTLY CONTACT INGREDIENTS THAT WILL BE USED INSIDE OF DRINKS. At the tme of inspection the drink was discarded and remade for the customer. Observed single use utensils stored with their mouth contact portions facing out of the container. Store utensils with their handles out to prevent bare hand contact with the mouth contact portion of the utensil.

VI / Time/Temperature Controlled Safety Food
Observed milk in a thermos from open (6 AM) that was holding 48F at the time of inspeciton. Observed milk in a cooler holding 53F at the time of inspection. Cold held TCS foods must hold 41F or below to prevent any bacterial growth.
