[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Repeat TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. At the initial inspection, the milk in the beverage cooler was holding at 52 F. The milk was voluntarily discarded. At the follow up inspection, there were cups of what is believed to be nacho cheese in the same cooler. The cheese was reading 46 F. There is a label in the cooler stating that this cooler is only to be used for beverages. Remove all nonbeverages in the cooler to ensure that milk/cheese/etc is held at the appropriate 41 F.

3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a bottle of oven cleaner hanging above a food prep area. Bottles of oven cleaner and other cleaner should not be hanging above such areas. Move the bottles to a safer location. .
PIC moved bottle at the time of inspection.

3717-1-02.3(A) / Food contamination prevention - eating, drinking, or using tobacco.
Observed an employee drink in the work area not covered with a lid. Move all employee drinks to a designated area and make sure they are covered to prevent contamination. .

3717-1-03.2(M) / Wiping cloths - use limitation.
Improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths. Wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets to prvent growth of organisms.
