Operation may be changing ownership and plans to upgrade equipment and facilities. Discussed that an existing facility plan review will need completed for upgrades. Submit equipment types, menu changes, and other information regarding upgrades to facility for our office to review along with our plan review packet. Ensure plans are discussed with building department before completing. Call for incremental inspections as needed for install of walkins, dish line, etc.
