Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Pizza sauce left out at room temperature. Pizza sauce must be kept at temperature of 41 degrees at all times. Out of temp pizza sauce was discarded during inspection.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Racks and surfaces throughout store in need of cleaning. All surfaces should be cleaned at a frequency that prevents buildup of debris.
