Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed employee shell eggs stored above foods in the desert cooler. Observed raw sausage thawing in the cooler above the soft serve mix. At the time of inspection both of these items were moved to the bottom of the coolers. DO NOT STORE ANY RAW ITEMS ABOVE READY TO EAT FOODS TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION.
3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed buckets underneath the 3 compartment sink collecting leaking water. Maintain plumbing fixtures in good repair.
3717-1-05.4(H) / Toilet room receptacle - covered.
Observed that the facility did not have a covered lidded trash can in the unisex restroom. Restrooms used by women shall have a lidded trash bin for hygiene products.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed some dust building up above the pizza oven, along some vents, and pipes. Clean thoroughly and often to prevnet dust or debris build up.
