Observed accumulation of food residue, dust, price tag stickers, and dust accumulating on the shelves and on the bottom trays of the raw meat coolers and freezers. Please ensure that shevles and trays of equipment are cleaned at a necessary frequency to limit accumulation of food debris and dust.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.

Observed hair restraints and gloves in use in the bakery and deli areas during time of inspection. Observed thermometers and test strips available for use. Level II Ohio certificate has bee obtained. Spill kit and written procedure for fecal and vomit accidents are in place. Observed proper cold and hot holding temperatures of food and equipment that was tested at time of inspection. Managers were very cooperative and were quick to fix problems - good. |
