| This was a follow-up inspection following the standard inspection on 1/9/24. The following violations were corrected prior to the inspection: -Level 2/Manager certification is on file -Had spill kit with instructions for vomit/diarrhea cleanup procedure -Hand washing procedure was following properly -Following date mark/disposition- no out of date RTE/TCS foods observed -Food and single use containers were stored off the ground -Cutting boards had been replaced -Facility had been cleaned The following violations had not been corrected at time of inspection: -facility is still using snap traps for rodents. Discussed alternative pest control with PIC -Facility is not in good repair- discussed repairs with PIC |
