Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Microwaves observed with buildup, ovens observed with buildup,dinig area soda machine observed with mold like substance. Mini coolers next to fryers observed with mold like substance. Shelving observed with buildup of debris. General cleaning needed throughout store.
