[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed a build up of debris on non food contact surfaces, such as handles of microwave and coolers, inside of the microwave, and shelving equipment in the food prep area. Clean these areas as needed to prevent build up and possible attraction of pests.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed flooring in poor condition: Cracks, broken tiles, worn areas. Repair the floors to ensure a smooth, non porous, easy to clean surface. Cracks and broken areas cause water build up leading to mold growt, and prevents adequate cleaning.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
