I) Observed employee health policy in place. II) Hot water was adequate for hand washing. III) Observed proper use of gloves during inspection. VI) Observed written procedure for time control of TCS foods. IV) Manager demonstrated appropriate knowledge of food safety. Observed a ServSafe Level 2 food safety certification. Must obtain an ODH certification for the level 2 food safety course.
No critical violations during inspection.
