There was nothing that indicated that this facility caused a foodbourne illness. They did have the chicken fries sitting at room temperature because they made too many. They did not report any ill employees or other complaints of foodbourne illnesses. They did not report any other issues such as equipment problems. They have the employee illness and exculsion policy signed by employees.
