Received a complaint concerning the cleanliness of coffee carafes. Complainant reported the carafes are not cleaned regularly and are moldy. Upon inspection,did not observe mold build up. Employee reported the carafes are cleaned daily, and explained the process. Facility clean and organized. Proper hot and cold holding observed. Ensure ingredient list is updated regularly. Thanks!
