Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed raw bacon being stored above ready to eat deli meat in cooler. Code states contamination must be prevented when storing foods. Make sure raw animal product is stored under ready to eat product.

3717-1-07(B) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Working containers - common name.
Critical Observed chemical bottle in employee restroom that was not labeled. Code states all chem bottles must have common names on bottle. Make sure all bottles have a label.

3717-1-02.4(C)(17) / PIC: duties - ensure the facility has written procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events.
Repeat No written procedures for responding to vomiting or diarrheal events. Code states there must be a written procedure. Make sure you write up a procedure for these events.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed build up in bottom of freezer. Code states non contact food surfaces must be cleaned with a frequency that prevents buildup. Please clean freezer.

3717-1-06.1(I) / Light bulbs - protective shielding.
Observed shielding missing from light fixture above cooler in back. Code states lights must be shielded. Replace shielding on that fixture.
