| Complaint: Costumer was eating a chicken wrap and tasted something weird and spit out food and found a roach in the food. Findings: Visited restaurant and talked to Christopher Celani. We spoke about the exterminator, frequency of cleaning, and what happened during the situation. He stated that the costumer ate a chicken wrap with, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, chicken, cheese and sauce. The exterminator came and visited 10/28/2021 at 6 am to fog the restaurant. I did not find any violations related to the complaint durring the time of my inspection. Would recommend having the exterminator coming more frequently over the next month or two. |
