[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(O)(1) / Using a handwashing sink - accessible at all times
Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink not accessible. Observed handsink in prep are blocked as well as a "Do Not Use" sign posted. PIC stated handsink does in fact work. Handsink was unblocked and stocked during inspection.

3717-1-03.4(C) / Thawing - temperature and time control.
Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not properly thawed. Observed two bags of steak being improperly thawed in stagnant water. Steak temped internally at 68 degrees. Steak was voluntarily discarded.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed outside of food containers with sticker residue. Make sure dishes are cleaned so that there is no debris or residue.

3717-1-04.7(E) / Use of laundry facilities.
Improper use of laundry facilities.Sanitizer rags are being washed at home by PIC. All linens must be washed by either a company equipped to handle food service linens or on site at facility.
