[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Whip cream at 70 degrees. Cold holding needs to be 41 degrees or below. PIC discarded whip cream at time of inspection.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed back hand sink leaking so they had hot water shut off to prevent leak. Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Hand sink needs to be repaired.

3717-1-05.4(F)(1) / Outside receptacles - tight fitting lids
Outdoor refuse containers without tight fitting lids, doors, or covers. Observed doors on dumpster open. Close doors after each use.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed Ice build up in the walk in freezer. Ice melting could cause contamination of food. Maintenance is needed.

3717-1-06.1(I) / Light bulbs - protective shielding.
Repeat Observed no protective shielding on lights throughout the kitchen. All lights need to be shielding or shatter resistant in food prep areas. PIC says they are working on the lights and the shields will be in soon.

3717-1-06.2(I)(1) / Lighting - intensity (10 FC)
Observed burnt out light in walk in fridge. Light intensity less than ten foot candles in required areas. Replace light bulb.
